David Gurdak, CPA

Prior to Gurdak Group, Ltd, David was a Director with RSM McGladrey Inc. in Chicago.  With more than twenty years experience, David’s exposure to clients in both the private and public sector has exposed him to a variety of complex tax and accounting issues.  David has served start-up and established clients with sales ranging from $100,000 to $600 million.  He has assisted clients in designing and executing acquisition due diligence programs and procedures.  He has thorough experience with Peachtree and Quickbooks and has on many occasions acted as the internal CFO/Controller for the business he supports.

David is dedicated to helping his clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

David graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.  In his spare time, he coaches his children in their athletic endeavors and he serves as the President of their school’s Advisory Board.
